Color pallette issues?

I would like to think that, for a girl, I have a good sense of fashion. However when it comes to colors I am HOPELESS. Help me out- what colors would I look good in and/or what color should I dye my hair given that:

-I have grey eyes

-I have pale, pale, cool-toned skin with some pink

-my hair, naturally, is a dark blonde to light brown with some red

I think you would look pretty with chocolate brown hair.

For some reason I am thinking blue, grey, and black for colors.

Look for colors that pop against your skin.

NOT light colors because they will blend in with your skin.

Definetly brown with some reddish bits...

You would look gorgeous with grey eyes and reddish bits of hair!!
