RAW, definetly. i have color fiend in pink and brown hair and i had to bleach it first to see it, and once i bleaced it and colored it, i still couldnt see it that well!

the pink would just go a red colour and the turqiouse would be a funny blueish greeen

i havent really heard of either, but regardless of what kind of dye, if you want to go a lighter color like the ones you've mentioned, you basically have to bleach your hair unless you're a natural light blonde.

otherwise you'll just get a tint of color instead of an actual bright color.
