Oh, I love manic panic, honey, and it generally is because it lasts long. You have to consider how you put in the dye. Did you apply heat, apply conditioner after, do everything you could to make it last long? If you did, then you might have a really hard time, especially if your hair is already dyed: dyed hair is pourous, and generally takes color better. Next time, think really hard about your descision to dye your hair.

You could spend an entire afternoon in chlorine, wash your hair in clarifying shampoo, give your hair a hair mask, and it might help, however, your best bet is to go to a professional stylist. I know it isn't easy to get an appointment so soon, but if you are really dissatisfyed with your color, and you don't want to ruin your hair completely with bleach (this will make your hair brittle, causing breakage, and nasty stuff like that. You would have to shave your head or get a really, really short pixie to completely reverse the damage.) They can help you, but they might not be able to without damage.

Another alternative is just sticking it out. If it is too bright now, it will fade to a lovely shade, but if it is unevenly applyed, you will need that salon visit. I personally love pink hair, and it's what I'm doing next, but if a parental figure or boss hates it, you really can;t do much about that. Okay!You can try dishwashing soap its very harsh on the hair, but it may do the trick.It will some what strip the dye right out of the hair.Also:Lather up a couple of times,then finish with a hydrating conditioner...goodluck!

Okay, if you have time, chuck on a hat, or get someone else to look, I can't remember the name...DAMMIT! But there's a shampoo that can wash out ANY dye job. Permanent and Semi.

Your sunk! Especially if you had any blond highlights in the hair. Bleaching it will only drive it in further.

I need to know what color your natural hair is, when you did this and what you've tried so far. Was there any bleaching done to the hair before it was applied? And finally. Do you have laundry soap in the house? It's the harshest possible soap and may do the trick, but there are variables here.
