Go for chocolate underneath then chocolate and blonde/copper highlights on the top half...looks great...also gives a nice warm look.

I love your colour, but would say run some chocolate brown lowlights through the bottom layer, but keep the top as it looks great!! If you still think that your skin looks pink, use a concealer or foundation with green pigments in it, as this really reduces redness (but you might need some blush or cheek stain, as it does make the skin a bit pasty!)

i think your hair looks adorable that color! but i understand what you mean about blonde hair making your skin look pink, i went through that too. as soon as i dyed my hair darker it was a lot less noticable, and dark hair will make your blue eyes pop even more. :)
