I'm going to a wedding.

The dress is light pink, with black polka dots. It's got a halter type sleeves. There is a black bow tied around the waist with the bow at the back. The bottom has some crinoline so the skirt flares out a bit and the skirt goes a little past the knees.

With this dress, how should I do my make-up and hair and what kind of shoes should I wear?

I'd say emphasize your eyes with some liner and good mascara. No eyeshadow or liner that's too heavy but something in-between. If you have light or fair skin try just a light brown liner and mascara with a shimmer for the eyelids. But make sure to play up your lashes.

For your lips: do something cute and airy, like a soft pink shimmer or something with a red tinge. Again nothing too striking or bold.

Hair: A nice updo with the front bangs parted on the side and brushed across so they lay flat.. A nice thin head band that matches one of the colors in your dress and a simple but elegant necklace.
