What's a good neutral eyeshadow color for pale skin/brown hair.?

I prefer something I can get at Ulta or Target (like L'Oreal). I notice on TV a lot that pale skin actresses have a very natural eyeshadow on but I can't tell exactly what the color is. Looks like a mix or pink/peach and very light brown. I don't want something too light, but still want it to look natural. (Have tried sable, but it's too brown.)
