How do you feel about the new high end Doggie Salons?

I take my cocker spaniel to a doggy salon and spa and they use a vegatable base dye to dye her fluffy hair pink. Sometime they do her pink and then add either blue or purple ends on the ears. It does no harm to the dog and they seem to revel in the attention. They also do styles, polish nails with doggy polish and has Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, etc charms and scarves and outfits. How do you feel about this?

It sounds like its all done with good intentions and fun, and if the owner wants to spend that kind of money, no prob. A good dog is worth its weight in gold, so spoil away.

As my dachshunds and I sit and share our dry cereal we got from the food kitchen this afternoon, we ooh and aah over your dogs and your style. My dogs revel in attention, too, as we dumpster dive and walk the streets, looking for warmth and safe places to sleep.

Good idea, I hate to see what would happen if Paris tried to bathe that little dog. He'd go down the drain, he's so tiny.

I have no problem with it.

Why don't you ask a homeless person digging through the garbage can for food what he thinks.
