Just out of curiosity why do you care? What is wrong with her getting tired of having pink hair within a few weeks and wanting to change it back on her own. If you mandate that she not dye her hair, you will make the issue about something other than hair and will almost ensure that she defies you on bigger issues. I would advise that you simply save your ammunition for a bigger issue.
